Wine's being sampled include:

Y SERIES SANGIOVESE ROSÉ
This light, bright and dry Rosé leaps from the glass with a vibrant watermelon pink color. Red fruit aromas of cherry, raspberry, strawberries and cream with a hint of fuchsia. The bright, luscious palate with pomegranate and cranberry flavors is completed by a refreshing citrus finish. Pairs best with prosciutto wrapped cantaloupe or Thai-style corn fritters with a sweet chili dipping sauce.

BARON DE BREBAN ROSÉ
This 100% Grenache, produced in Provence, has a beautiful pale sweet pink color. A pleasant nose of small red fruits leads
to a light body with a long finish. The Baron de Berban Rose is an excellent aperitif wine.

ELICIO ROSÉ
This wine has a bright pink color and nose packed with fresh raspberry and heady flowers, leading to a juicy palate that echoes the aromas revealed by the vibrant nose, then throws in tropical and mineral notes to ride out the finish with you. Perfect with charcuterie, seared tuna, bouillabaisse, and Thai noodle dishes.

TEMPRANILLO
Oregon’s best rosé of tempranillo (and the only one we can think of), is ready to delight again after its trip through stainless tanks and acacia puncheons. This year’s offering has strawberry, tea rose, raspberry lemonade, Bandon cranberry, lemon cucumber, and lime basil on the nose. The acidity keeps this wine fresh and alive, but the barrel fermentation helps to balance the mouth and keep it rich.
