After almost 20 years of homebrewing and 5 years making hard cider, Mark Westbrock decided to take his cidermaking to the next level by launching Paha Cider in 2023.
Along with tending their young orchard of cider apple trees, Paha Cider focuses on making modern American ciders using whole, natural ingredients that highlight the flavors of the midwest.
Paha Cider is proud to be the very first Certified Iowa Green Cidery in the state. They received this designation for their environmentally responsible practices and are humbled to join the ranks of some awesome Iowa breweries on the list.
